1 CD + 1 Shirt = $1.00 Base Rate + $1.25 + $3.00 = $5.25 USD
3 CDs = $1.00 Base Rate + $1.25 + $1.25 + $1.25 = $4.75 USD
2 Shirts = $1.00 Base Rate + $3.00 + $3.00 = $7.00 USD
*Orders over 16 CDs will receive one flat rate shipping cost. For orders of this quantity or more (including or excluding apparel items) please contact NH. These orders must be placed via email with NH outside of the webstore’s shopping cart.
